大多地区保暖中心 Warming stations
从周六晚上开始就断电了，我家直到现在也还没有恢复，还有几家坚守阵地的到今天也熬不住了要撤退了。
政府紧急出动，开动了很多的Warming Stations， 有很多家提供24小时的保暖，
下面是“保暖中心”的清单，每个都有地址和开放时间和电话。
