通过我的了解，在多伦多这里的食品安全相关的就业形式是很不错，如果我要转专业的话，这个是我第一个考虑的。我觉得既然你们两个都是这个背景的要再捡起来肯定是比其他专业容易很多的。
食品方面的，如果是part time的话，可以看看这个。
如果是full time的，就去centennial， 看看这几个。

其中3631的是fast track的，有下面的好处。

如果你想上full time的话，就可以考虑上面的几个比较一下，我比较偏向于3631.是将三年的课压缩到2年完成。

你太太有供应链方面的背景，也可以考虑supplier chain方面的专业。Seneca有个短平快的，8个月就毕业的http://www.senecacollege.ca/fulltime/SCM.html， 是full time的，以前这个专业比较好找工作，但是后来进入的人多了，也就竞争激烈了。如果是想上part time的话是这个。
