Title: BILINGUAL - CANTONESE/MANDARIN CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT
Primary responsibilities:
Passionately connect and build rapport with a variety of customers and their changing needs;
Right size our customers based on their individual needs and promote appropriate products and services as necessary;
Using customer service tools, systems and training to understand and resolve customer questions and concerns
Building relationships and loyalty with customers via friendly, efficient and high-quality customer service.
Identifying and introducing opportunities for customers to benefit from Rogers products and services, based on their needs and interests.
Completing administrative activates associated with serving customers, including accessing information and documenting transactions details
Continually growing and improving your service skills, supporting business change and learning through progressive training and development programs.
Complete accurate transactions with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail;
Take appropriate action to efficiently resolve issues;
Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end;
Receive and incorporate feedback to improve personal and business performance;
"Commit to being there" for our customers and share our dedication in striving to deliver world class customer service and first call resolution!
Qualifications:
Completed high school diploma or higher;
Speak Cantonese or Mandarin AND English
Available to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings and week-ends to meet customer demand as the call centre is open from 8am-12am 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Must be punctual and committed to work flexible schedules;
Possess superior multitasking abilities;
Must be computer literate: strong keyboarding and internet navigation skills and basic arithmetic skills required;
Strong listening and communication skills, professional telephone manner, and ability to deal with customers tactfully and effectively in a fast paced, ever changing work environment;
Ability to find customer answers quickly and accurately while using multiple resources;
Must be comfortable working in a highly structured, measurable target driven environment.

你是IT,应该要找专业的工作,英语不要就要学习去提高,只要努力就会有进步的,而且其实找工作语言并不是最重要的。
不要英文的工作有很多,不适合你,给其他同学参考。
比如华人超市的收银,工厂的labor工,或者快速考个PSW证书出来,马上上班,如果是男的PSW更是供不应求啊。
