两个新职位：项目经理，以及普通labor
朋友发来的招聘职位，觉得适合咱们群里的新移民，请我帮忙发一下。
The company in Richmond Hill (Hwy 7 and Leslie) is owned by 3 brothers and majority of the workforce is Chinese-speaking. Thus, I believe that Chinese-speaking candidates would be a better fit for the following positions:
是个华人的工厂，大多数的职工都是来自中国的，所以也偏向于招华人。
1.Project Manager- reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations. The person can come from any type of industry. Must have a solid understanding of I.T and structure of a larger company but flexibility that comes with a smaller company. A degree or experience from China should be okay for this job. This position pays a salary of $50,000-60,000 (flexible for experience).
第一个职位的补充说明（2014-3-21）：For the Project Manager, there is not a detailed job description, but the employer is willing to look at any candidate from any industry, someone who has project management experience (either here or in China) is preferable.
第一个职位是 项目经理，直接汇报给VP，可以之前是来自任何一个行业，但是必须对大公司的IT有非常透彻的认识并且能够灵活的应用于小公司。国内的经验和学历也可以。
2.Embroidery Operators- 3 people needed to operate industrial sewing machines on the production floor. No experience required. This is a FT/perm position for $10.25/hr. The job is very simple, there are buttons that the operator would press and the machine would do the sewing itself, the operator would just need to check for quality.
第二个职位就是普通的labor工了-缝纫设备操作工，不需要缝纫经验，因为只要按按钮控制，机器会自动加工的。活简单，但是经常要站着工作的，也会有坐着的时候。主要是质量的检查，是Full time的工作而且是Permanent的，这意味着即使被解雇是可以拿EI的哦。
我觉得特别适合英语不好的妈妈们做，对英语没有要求，对经验也没有要求。就是薪水低点。就是最低工资啦。
这个职位要求非常细心的，工作时间是 周一到周五，8:30AM~4:30PM， 偶尔可能需要加班到5点。看订单情况。周六，周日正常休息。有EI和CPP。
有中英文操作手册，提供培训，不要求有相关经验，但是要求是非常细心的员工，主管会说普通话和粤语。公司有很好的工作环境和执行严格的劳动保护法。
简历是：simple resume, 就是一页的那种。通常labor工的简历都只需要一页。
第二个职位的补充说明（2014-3-21）：
The successful candidate would be:
- Responsible for operating the sewing machine, ensuring the finishing of the product meets standards, picking and packaging.
- Hand-eye coordination is needed for effective work.
- Ability to pick up quickly.
- First few weeks would be training (daytime shift from 8:30-4:30). However, the candidate must be flexible for shift work after training. Shift work can be day/evening/ or even overnight once it gets busy. 目前的时间是8:30~4:30，但是以后忙了就可能会要倒班的。

EO的两个人已经招好了，都是我给推荐的两个妈妈，一个是这礼拜开始上班，一个是下礼拜上班。好消息是原来是不用倒班的。都是白天班，就是有点时候需要加班到晚上8点。
