Serta每年都会对产品进行更新换代，这篇介绍是基于2017年4月1日开始的最新的Serta完美睡眠独立弹簧系列说明。

IWC-Individually Wrapped Coil Support System 独立弹簧支持系统

在Perfect Sleeper Premium Collection系列里还分为三个子系列。

主要的区别就是独立弹簧的数量不同，以及使用的记忆棉的不同。

与2016年的Perfect Sleeper相比较，今年新款的PS里面都全面进行了升级。

改版前的Perfect Sleeper只有两个子系列，弹簧是987的和1188的，现在分成了三个子系列，弹簧是760,1020和1120. 

第一个特点是所有的三个系列的表层都升级为 Comfort Luxe Gel Fibre®， 使得表面的触感更加清凉。

第二个特点是PS的记忆棉升级，但是价格保持不变。

据工厂的介绍资料里，Advantage系列是代替了原来的987FE系列，而Statement是代替了原来的1188FE, 然后Decadence是新产品。

如果把现在的Decadence和之前的1188FE比较，那么就是记忆棉升级但是价格不变。

Decadence采用的是Serta最新开发的乳胶记忆棉 Arctic Response Gel Infused Latex.

第一种记忆棉材料 Arctic Response Gel Infused Latex 是Serta最新研发的高科技记忆棉，将乳胶与凝胶的完美结合，不仅提供完美的睡眠舒适度，更提供清凉触感，主要特点是自动根据温度调节，冬暖夏凉。提供有效后背支撑 ·分散身体重量 ·减轻身体压力 ·改善血液循环 ·减少辗转反侧。即使是在炎炎夏日，也不会觉得燥热。

第二种记忆棉材料Cool Action™ Gel Memory Foam：

第三种记忆棉材料 Cool Twist™ Gel Memory Foam：

This exclusive liquid gel-enhanced memory foam is designed to help promote a balanced sleeping temperature and enhanced pressure relieving comfort.  This material is designed for significantly increased airflow which helps move heat away from your body.  Plus, in combination with our Pressure Balancing Design, it can help reduce the pressure points that cause tossing and turning.  Finally, the unique design of our material gives it enhanced durability compared to other similar gel memory foams, for lasting comfort and support.

这三种材料的主要区别体现在乳胶与凝胶的百分比上。Arctic Response Gel Infused Latex的乳胶含量最高，并且主要的一个功能是提供了更好的舒适度，所以如果喜欢追求很硬的感觉，就不要选Decadence系列。

CoolAction是比较符合咱们华人的喜好的，支撑性最好，PS 最硬的型号也就是在Statement系列里的。

三种材料都含有凝胶，但是比例不同，凝胶比例越高，越清凉。第一种和第二种含有乳胶，第三种没有，乳胶主要会体现在舒适度上。相对来说乳胶比例高的，会更加柔软些。

PS的三个子系列都有分带Super Pillow Top, Euro Top, 或者不带TOP的型号，我们展厅都有出样，根据个人对床垫软硬的需求，可以做相应的比较和选择。

我们接下来重点介绍两个型号，是卖得最好的款式。

第一个我们要推荐的款式是最热卖的款式叫Bedford Euro Top Firm，是属于Statement系列里的。 Bedford是2017年Serta最新推出的加厚加硬的款式，专门针对喜欢睡硬床的人群。采用Euro Top 加厚的Cool Action™ Gel Memory，更好的支撑性。是最受华人客户推崇的型号了。我有很多客户登陆前还在国内的时候就要买家具和床垫，家具可以看图片选，床垫怎么办呢？我就会推荐这款Bedford，大概90%的华人客户都能接受它的软硬度，剩余有5%觉得太硬了，就转到下面推荐的第二款。还有5%的客户觉得不够硬，就买我们的本地产的棕垫了。还有就是客房选择床垫，也是90%会选择Bedford这个款式。

在另外一篇文章里面我们有介绍过Serta的四大系列。其中Serta IWC, Perfect Sleeper属于中档，iSeries和IComfort属于高档系列。每个系列里都有最硬的款式，如果比较Serta全部系列的全部款式，最硬的还是Bedford当之无愧。

当然如果有条件的话，还是到我们展厅试一下比较好。因为同一款床垫，有人觉得太硬了有人觉得不够硬。

第二个我们要推荐的款式名字叫Narvali Pillow Top Firm，是属于Decadence系列里的，刚才我们介绍过这个系列全线采用的是最新研发的乳胶棉 Arctic Response Gel Infused Latex， 这种棉的特点是弹性好，Narvali的底下base的支撑也是非常硬的，然后在表面加了一层Pillow Top, 所以真正实现了表面全面支撑的感觉。可以想象一下，如果你睡在一个像地板一样硬的床垫，其实全身的肌肉并没有得到有效的支撑和放松，但是如果床垫太软，全身的肌肉也没有办法得到支撑，Narvali的就像在Bedford的基础上加了一层有弹性的软垫子，睡上去的感觉是把身体的每个部位都能够得到贴合，有种被包裹着的感觉。

所以比硬度肯定是Bedford最硬，但是比舒适度就是Narvali更加舒适了。睡硬板床的时候，如果你喜欢铺很多垫被的不用考虑，肯定是买Narvali了。如果客房考虑老人常来，选择最硬的Bedford肯定没错，甚至棕垫。

因为Serta并没有给出市场指导价，而且市面上每个商家的产品名称都不同，就是防止客户比较价格，哪怕是同样的东西，每个店家的标价也不同，有的标个非常高的零售价，然后打个很低的折扣卖。

我没有打算花时间在这些市场手段上，所有的产品都是只加了个很少的利润就作为卖价了。和Sears的比较过，基本上是他们的3~3.5折的样子。

Serta的床垫每个床垫出厂的时候在标牌都有写着生产日期，以及为那个经销商生产的，并且提供工厂的质保卡，客户需要到Serta的网站上去注册Warranty的信息才能享受质保。

所以无论你是在Sears, The Bay， Sleep Country还是在我这里买，只要是买Serta的床垫，则都是从Serta的同一家工厂做出来的。产品的质量和质保也完全一样。唯一的区别是，店家的服务不同，比如Sears, The Bay购买床垫就可以成为他们的会员，享受买其他东西的折扣，并且他们的床垫还提供一年或者几个月时间不等的试用期，还可以免费更换等服务。比如Sears把所有客户退换回来的床垫重新封装后放在Donmills/Steels那个outlet店出售。所以那个Outlet的床垫价格就折扣特别低的。因为Serta工厂本身并不提供试用的服务，所以我这里也不提供。而Sears, the Bay等都有这个试用服务的。所以人家卖得贵也是有道理的。而且人家店铺装修得那么好看，还雇了那么多的员工，所以卖价当然是要匹配的。

一般来说，如果遇到店铺打折的时候，尤其是这些大店，如果是3折，就是70% OFF 的时候那么价格就很不错了，完全可以出手了。小店的价格不一定可靠，大店的还是可以相信的。不会乱开价。如果不确定价格是否合算，可以和我这里比较一下，我会告诉你他们的价格是否合算。如果同样价格当然是在大店里买啦。目前为止，我还没有遇到过大店打折后价格比我这里低的。因为大店需要生存的空间比我这里的大多了。

床垫保养需知：

买来好的床垫之后，如果使用不当或保养不力，就会影响床垫的使用寿命。 为了家人的健康，要知道床垫的正确保养方法：

搬运时避免使床垫过度变形，不要将床垫弯曲或折叠，不要直接用绳索使劲捆绑；不要让床垫局部受力过重，避免长时间坐在床垫边缘或让小孩在床垫上跳跃，以免局部受压，致使金属疲劳影响弹力；要定期把床垫翻转使用，可以上下翻转或首尾对调，一般家庭3至6个月换位一次即可；除使用床单外，最好能套上床垫罩，避免床垫弄脏，方便洗涤，以确保床垫清洁卫生；使用时去掉塑料包装袋，保持环境通风干爽，避免床垫受潮，切勿让床垫暴晒过久，以免床面褪色。

1、 定期翻转。新床垫在购买使用的第一年，每二至三个月正反、左右或头脚翻转一次，使床垫的弹簧受力平均，之后约每半年翻转一次即可。 　　

2、 用品质较佳的床单，不只吸汗，还能保持布面干净。 　　

3、 保持清洁。定期以吸尘器清理床垫，但不可用水或清洁剂直接洗涤。同时避免洗完澡后或流汗时立即躺卧其上，更不要在床上使用电器或吸烟。 　　

4、 不要经常坐在床的边缘，因为床垫的4个角最为脆弱，长期在床的边缘坐卧，易使护边弹簧损坏。 　　

5、 不要在床上跳跃，以免单点受力过大使弹簧受损。 　　

6、 使用时去掉塑料包装袋，以保持环境通风干爽，避免床垫受潮。切勿让床垫曝晒过久，使面料褪色。 　　

7、 如果不小心将茶或咖啡等其他饮料打翻在床，应立刻用毛巾或卫生纸以重压方式用力吸干，再用吹风机吹干。当床垫不小心沾染污垢时，可用肥皂及清水清洗，切勿使用强酸、强碱性的清洁剂，以免造成床垫的褪色及受损。 　

加拿大大牌的几个床垫厂家（比如Serta, Sealy, Simmons等）都规定床垫必须使用床垫保护罩，因为床垫如果脏了质保就自动VOID了。所以买床垫的时候一定要配上防水的保护罩，有的时候不是说一定是饮料洒到床上会把床垫弄脏，不知道大家是否注意，枕头用久了也会变黄的，因为身体的正常出汗就会通过床单渗透到床垫上的，也会导致床垫变色。

关于床垫保护罩的介绍。

在代理家具前，我买过很多品牌的床垫保护罩使用，在不同的店里都买了来试，最后发现最好用的品牌是Health Guard的，侧袋包得深，可以连床盒一起包进去，防护效果好，而且使用的时候不会错位或者滑动，属于中档价格。但是超值。Serta自己也有床垫保护罩，我都没推，觉得贵，因为Serta的床垫保护罩不是它自己做的，是OEM代工的，所以我觉得买Health Guard的就非常好用了。我经常有客户和我反馈说，我们的那个床垫保护罩实在是太好用了。
