比如Richmond Hill的，http://www.welcomecentre.ca/york/richmond_hill.html 就在16th/Yonge这里，无论是英语测试还是上LINC等，都找他们。但是Richmond Hill这个点LINC的人多哦，如果不想排队的话，可以到Vaughan那个点上，基本上不用排队。
Richmond hill那个LINC 也提供孩子的免费的daycare，要19个月以上的才收。群里一个妈妈说，她是7月份测试的，11月份上的，孩子2岁。
Welcome Centre也提供ELT，是COSTI举办的。说起Costi也是一个很大的为新移民服务的机构，http://www.costi.org/index.php 提供很多的免费培训，需要的同学也可以看看。
如果是在多伦多的同学，就找YMCA做英语测试了。http://www.ymcagta.org/en/newcomers/you-arrived/language/index.html 有四个点可以测。LG去过North York那个点考英语，停车是收费的。
